Accommodation, Prices, Terms and Conditions at Hazelgrove Cottage

From April to the end of October the cottage is let for 7 days 
Saturday (4.00 p.m.) to Saturday (10.00 a.m.)

From November to March (excluding Christmans and New Year) we are
pleased to offer short terms lets (minimum stay 3 nights)
Check in 4.00 p.m. on day of arrival, check out by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure

Book before 29th February and receive a 20% discount on any stay in February or March 2012

The rate includes all bed linen and towels, electricity/oil, logs for the wood burning stove,  cleaning essentials, Internet & e mail access and a welcome basket of groceries on your arrival. We are also pleased to accept up to 4 pets free of charge.

TO MAKE A RESERVATION USING OUR SECURE ONLINE BOOKING FACILITY

To book online, please go to our secure online booking system, check to see whether the time period you are interested in is available and if so, follow the easy steps to pay the 25% deposit by credit or debit card and secure your reservation. As part of the online booking system you will be asked to agree to the cottage Terms and Conditions, Conditions of Hire and Cancellation Policy.

Once you have completed the online booking system an automated e mail respose with a unique booking reference will be sent to you confirming your reservation. 

The balance of your holiday will be due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. However, if you are booking within eight weeks of the start of your holiday, payment in full, rather than the 25% deposit will be processed through the secure online booking facility.

We will contact you by e mail or telephone one week in advance of the date on which the balance is due. The balance of your holiday will be deducted automatically, through the secure booking facility, from the same credit or debit card used to pay your initial deposit unless you tell us that you wish to use another card.

Once the balance has been processed though our secure server, we will send you a further e mail to confirm your reservation and which will include check in time (and check out time on day of departure) directions on how to find Hazelgrove and where to locate the key to let yourself into the cottage.

To secure your reservation, we require a 25% deposit. If you are booking within eight weeks of the start of your holiday, payment in full, rather than the 25% deposit will be required.

As part of the reservation process you will be asked to agree to the cottage Terms and Conditions, Conditions of Hire and Cancellation Policy

Payment can be made by:-
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) (card number and expiry date and last 3 digit number on reverse of card)
Debit card (Maestro, Delta) (card number, start date, expiry date and last 3 digit number of reverse of card)
Debit card (Switch) (card number, start date, expiry date, last 3 digit number on reverse of card and issue number)

If you wish to pay by cheque, we will make a provisional booking of the cottage on your behalf for 5 days until your cheque payment has been received. If payment has not been received after 5 days the week you wish to reserve will be opened up to any other interested party.

If paying by cheque the following information is required:-
1. your name and address
2. names of all members in your party, including ages of children if applicable
3. home and mobile telephone number
4. number of pets
5. your cheque guarantee card details to be written on the back of the cheque

Please note that your deposit is non-refundable.
